Photo Release Consent

By submitting a photo to Cherry’s Costumes Galore, I grant Cherry’s Costumes Galore permission to use, publish, display, edit, crop, reproduce, distribute, and share the submitted photo for its website, social media pages, advertising, promotional materials, printed materials, digital materials, and other business purposes.

I understand that the submitted photo may be used publicly and that I will not receive payment, royalties, compensation, or additional approval before or after the photo is used.

I confirm that I have the legal right to submit this photo. If the photo includes other people, I confirm that I have permission from those individuals to submit the photo and allow Cherry’s Costumes Galore to use it as described in this release.

If the photo includes anyone under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that I have permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian to submit the photo and grant this release.

I understand that Cherry’s Costumes Galore is not required to use every submitted photo and may accept, reject, edit, crop, remove, or decline any photo at its discretion.

Removal Requests

I understand that I may contact Cherry’s Costumes Galore to request that a submitted photo be removed from future use. However, I also understand that submitting a removal request does not guarantee that the photo will be removed from all locations, materials, or previously published uses.

Cherry’s Costumes Galore reserves the right to decline removal requests, especially for photos that have already been published, printed, distributed, archived, scheduled, used in promotional materials, or shared by third parties.

By submitting this form, I agree that Cherry’s Costumes Galore may use the submitted photo as described in this Photo Release Consent.
